Be positive!

We live in times where loyalty and respect are lost even by the closest people. and many times we have received criticism, oh negative thoughts; that, if we are honest with ourselves, of course it affect us and it hurt, no matter how much we try not to think about the bad comments and criticisms, they come to our mind constantly they are like mosquitoes that do not kill you, but they are very annoying. I love that in God’s word it mentions our thoughts and that we take care of what we think and even what we feel.
Philippians 4:7 NIV: And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. It means that God knows and wants us to take care of what we think. That’s why this month I would love for us as readers to learn to take more care of our minds and even what comes out of our mouths. Our words are powerful, everything we say and how we say it, can build or destroy.
Proverbs 18:21: In the tongue is the power of life and death; Those who love it will eat of its fruit.
It’s time to make a difference and introspect to know how we are doing and what we can add oh take away from our minds and our lives. Introspection is the process of observing and analyzing one’s own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It is a fundamental tool for self-knowledge and self-understanding. It involves consciously and reflexively examining the contents of the mind, including thoughts, feelings, sensations and experiences. This month we will be taking into account some good habits that we can implement in our lives, I invite you to read them and apply in your life good habits that will make you better than you already are.
- Physical activity regularly, walking or exercising.
- Healthy eating, looking for new ideas to eat healthy but delicious eating
- Adequate sleep, trying to sleep for at least 7 hours
- Stress management, stop, and take a deep breath when you feel a lot of uncontrollable thoughts.
- Social support, hang out with people that make you feel like you’re the best
- Mindfulness, focus on yourself and what you want.
- Daily routine, do what you like to do and feel happy and energized.
- Free time, take vacations oh times for you and your family.
- Set goals and priorities.
- Avoid harmful substances or any medication that harms you.
- And above all, to put our whole life in God’s hands.
Whatever you do, focus on improving inside and out, because we are one with our body and we have to be well to function well, that this month you can achieve your goals, and write new ones, that you can help someone, in helping we feel satisfaction and our heart is answered with love, let’s be good and we will reap good fruits, May your words and thoughts always be positive and your life will be more positive day by day. Don’t give up, you got this. And smile, is the first thing someone notices about you.
