These metrics empower you to shine brightly among other candidates.
Creating a comprehensive LinkedIn profile will connect you to jobs and build your network. These connections can include fellow veterans, recruiters, and hiring managers in a variety of industries and organizations. You can incorporate your resume summary into your LinkedIn profile summary. Add each position you held in the past, along with skills related to each job. This will allow your profile to be included in search results for those skills. Upload a professional photo to make your profile more noticeable—this is your first impression with the recruiter or hiring manager.
