PowerPlay Summit 2025: Where Purpose Met Power in Dothan

PowerPlay Summit 2025: Where Purpose Met Power in Dothan

By Lynnette de Jesus, Founder, LUXE Mastermind

On July 24, 2025, the city of Dothan became the epicenter of inspiration, innovation, and leadership as entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals from across the region gathered for the PowerPlay Summit – Dothan Edition. Hosted by LUXE Mastermind, this groundbreaking event was held at Fire Stone Wood Fired Grill and marked a milestone for the Wiregrass community. From the moment doors opened, the atmosphere was charged with purpose. Attendees were welcomed into a vibrant space filled with business owners, community leaders, and visionaries eager to connect, grow, and inspire.

The summit was expertly curated by LUXE Mastermind’s founder, Lynette De Jesus, whose mission is to elevate voices and foster genuine collaboration across industries. Her passion for community development and empowerment was evident in every aspect of the evening. This wasn’t just an event — it was a movement. A gathering grounded in authenticity and driven by the desire to build something greater together.

Eight powerhouse panelists shared their journeys and professional insights, ranging from digital marketing and real estate to construction, finance, and entertainment. Featured speakers included Tech Tony of Pathfinder Digital Marketing; Van Dracko Powell, entertainment entrepreneur; Jerry Coleman, banking executive and community leader; Stephen Holland, real estate broker and civic advocate; Jorge De Jesus of JNB Services; Chuck Hallbert, operations investor and developer; Vimal Patel, and others. Each panelist brought a unique voice and delivered messages that resonated deeply with the audience — blending inspiration with actionable strategies for personal and professional success.

The evening wasn’t just about listening — it was about connection. LUXE created a space where attendees were not just spectators but participants. With breakout conversations, networking exchanges, and moments of reflection, the summit fostered true relationship-building. The phrase “be in the room” was brought to life as people shared stories, exchanged business cards, and formed new partnerships.

In addition to the dynamic panels, the event highlighted local businesses through the “Business in the Spotlight” segment. Entrepreneurs were given space to showcase their ventures, celebrate their growth, and connect with new customers and collaborators. This portion of the evening celebrated the incredible entrepreneurial spirit of the Wiregrass and reminded everyone of the strength found in collaboration over competition.

A huge thanks goes out to the official collaborators who helped make this summit possible: Team On Cam Photography, Secured Events, and B&B Social Media Marketing. Their behind-the-scenes contributions ensured the event was not only smoothly executed but also beautifully documented and shared.

As the summit closed, one message was clear — the PowerPlay Summit wasn’t a one-time event. It marked the beginning of a larger journey. LUXE Mastermind will continue hosting impactful events, offering mentorship, and building a community where leadership, diversity, and innovation thrive.

To all those who attended, thank you for showing up with intention. For those who missed it, the door is always open. Stay connected, get involved, and keep showing up — because when purpose meets power, transformation happens.
