MindEdge Learning launches the Frontline Manager® certificate in Spanish

With this initiative, MindEdge makes high-quality training in management skills available to a potential audience of 488 million Spanish-speaking students around the world.
The Frontline Manager ® brand, developed by MindEdge, offers accessible, flexible, quality training in the skills necessary for students to successfully make the career leap into the ranks of C-suite managers. This expert translation captures all elements of the English courses, creating a highly interactive, self-paced learning experience for Spanish-speaking learners.
The Frontline Manager ® certification program builds on MindEdge’s extensive history of delivering high-quality training courses in management, leadership and business operations. “Frontline managers are crucial to the success of any organization,” said Jennifer Adams, CEO of MindEdge skills brands. “They are the human representation of the organization’s brand: they interact with customers, talk to suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage employees. The need for high-quality training for front-line managers is evident. According to the Harvard Business Review, first-line managers make up 50% to 60% of the average organization’s leadership and directly supervise up to 80% of its staff. The certification program consists of nine courses focused on specific management skills, followed by an online simulation that assesses students’ ability to apply those skills. Courses and simulation are delivered online and self-paced, allowing students a high degree of flexibility in completing the curriculum.
The Frontline Manager ® program is designed for individual learners and specifically targeted at first-level managers. It is strongly recommended that students begin with the Introduction to Supervision course and finish with the Frontline Manager ® Simulation. Students may complete the remaining courses in any order they wish.
The full Frontline Manager ® program includes an estimated 32 hours of online class time, although self-paced courses can be completed more quickly. Students have 12 months to complete the entire program. Once they have completed all courses and passed all related assessments, students will receive the Frontline Manager ® certificate and digital badge.
