Gabrielli and takes a systematic approach to leadership development by providing rigorous curriculum, assessments, coaching, mentoring, and formative and summative evaluation. In addition to classroom-based instruction, leaders remain connected via technology including a website portal, discussion forum, and monthly sessions.

– Seasoned leaders including executives, supervisors, and those seeking to leave a legacy of leadership and influence (limited to 5 participants)

Investment in the yearlong comprehensive is $1998 for emerging leaders and $2498 for seasoned leaders. Apply today to join the 2018 Leadership Academy! *Note: the 2017 class is FULL and several applicants were not able to be accepted into the program. The leadership development program enhances leaders’ skills and directly benefits their influence on others, in turn positively impacting the bottom lines of organizations they serve. The Leadership Academy provides meaningful resources and tools leaders take back to their workplaces to shape their careers, innovate within their organizations, and be active participants engaging in meaningful transformation individually, professionally, community-wide, and beyond.

Dr. Gabrielle K. Gabrielli is a graduate and lifetime member of Leadership Tallahassee and saw a need to help develop leadership skills in a systematic way. The Leadership Academy was a 10-year dream of hers that came to fruition in 2013.

Return on Investment

The curriculum includes leadership topics ranging from communication to problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, negotiating, resolving conflict, emotional intelligence, motivating difficult people, and building a legacy by developing others.
