Maribel and Javier Ruiz are M & J Personal/Private Chefs, a wife and husband dynamic duo who specializes in Puerto Rican/ Caribbean dishes but also embark in cuisines from around the word like French, Italian and Mediterranean. Their clients include private individuals and business people in the Santa Rosa/Okaloosa areas.
They decided to pursue their dream of cooking professionally after a long military career; where they gather inspiration from their travels and expanded their repertoire of delicious food while keeping with their Caribbean roots.
M & J Personal/Private Chefs approach is simple; you provide the kitchen, they create the meal. From romantic private dinners to large gathering and everything in between.
