Destin, FL. – On Monday, May 4th, the Destin Library will open its doors to the public during the following hours:

Monday 9 – 5; Wednesday 1 – 5; Friday 9 – 5

In accordance with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s recovery plan for Florida, Executive Order 20-112 and CDC guidelines, the following safety measures will be in effect: Staffing will be adjusted accordingly to meet the 25% capacity for citizens to visit the library. All Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines shall remain in effect. For the safety of patrons and staff, a limited number of public access computers will be available with a one-hour limit. The computer lab, media lab, study rooms, children’s Storytime room, and the Calhoun room will not be open for use. Exam proctoring and notary services will be available by appointment. All programming is suspended. Curbside pickup service will be available. Please call the Library at 850-837-8572 for more information.

Library Director, Wen Livingston stated, “We are all looking forward to seeing our patrons.”
