Maribel and Javier Ruiz are M & J Personal/Private Chefs, a wife and husband dynamic duo who specializes in Puerto Rican/ Caribbean dishes but also embark in cuisines from around the word like French, Italian and Mediterranean. Their clients include private individuals and business people in the Santa Rosa/Okaloosa areas.

They decided to pursue their dream of cooking professionally after a long military career; where they gather inspiration from their travels and expanded their repertoire of delicious food while keeping with their Caribbean roots.

M & J Personal/Private Chefs approach is simple; you provide the kitchen, they create the meal. From romantic private dinners to large gathering and everything in between. There is no limit of what they can do as long as the kitchen is big enough; from appetizers and business lunches to weddings and other special events.
