A gesture as normal as a smile, which costs us nothing, can truly change anyone’s day for the better. Imagine if we smiled every day! The whole life could be so much better.

So why resist… Let a smile accompany your routine from today and if you need reasons to put it into practice, after reading this you will have no more excuses not to do it.

Smile because…

It is one of the many human blessings that are free and natural to us; one of those innate gifts that can be seen.

It does the soul good, it makes us and those around us happier.

A smile can tell more than a thousand words. Is able to communicate various feelings and emotions.

Your health is nourished by smiles, it can release physical tension from our muscles, improve blood circulation and trigger the release of nitric oxide, which boosts the immune system.

Laughing can also lower stress hormones and release endorphins, the feel-good chemical that acts as a natural pain reliever.

Laughing is one of the best medicines, it makes us see things from another point of view, it removes our pessimism and increases our self-esteem and confidence. In fact, there are laughter therapies to improve mental health.

Spend time with friends who make you laugh, go out for coffee, or if you’re not feeling very sociable, you can watch videos on YouTube or Tik Tok of funny dogs, cats, or people.

Enjoy laughing, as many times as you can, do not deprive yourself of the pleasure that a smile can give you, there is no doubt that it generates physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, connects us positively with others and brings us closer to a state of plenitude that keeps us alive, happy and optimistic.

Consider that laughing can be a solution to some of your ills.

Remember, let’s change our consciousness and it will change our life experience.

Blessed and Happy February!
