The Right to Dream Academy is a global network of football academies in Ghana, Denmark, Egypt, and the US (San Diego) offering fully-funded, holistic development for talented young athletes, blending elite football training, world-class education, and character building, aiming to create professional players and leaders with scholarships to top universities. Founded in Ghana in 1999 by Tom Vernon, it’s now owned by Man Capital, providing life-changing opportunities for boys and girls to achieve dreams on and off the pitch.

Key Aspects:

Holistic Development: Focuses on character (seven traits), academics (English proficiency vital), and elite football skills for well-rounded individuals, not just players.

Scholarship Model: Offers full scholarships covering education and housing for promising youth aged 10-18.

Professional Pathways: Develops players for top leagues and national teams, with graduates playing globally.

Right to Dream has earned a global reputation for developing elite young footballers, with a track record that places us among the top in the world for producing players for Europe’s best leagues including the likes of Ibrahim Osman and Ernest Nuamah who have gone to make their mark in Europe’s top leagues.
