The Right to Dream Academy is a global network of football academies in Ghana, Denmark, Egypt, and the US (San Diego) offering fully-funded, holistic development for talented young athletes, blending elite football training, world-class education, and character building, aiming to create professional players and leaders with scholarships to top universities. Founded in Ghana in 1999 by Tom Vernon, it’s now owned by Man Capital, providing life-changing opportunities for boys and girls to achieve dreams on and off the pitch.
