People get confused with the phrase “it’s okay / not to be well, because they feel that they are being told something negative and bad, but this is a phrase that we should embrace in our lives and be aware that in life not everything will go well, and that is something of utmost importance to be able to have a healthy mind and life, Being aware and knowing that not everything goes well in life helps us to prepare better.

We are in the month of September, everything begins to be different, where the temperature begins to change, first month in schools, tourists leave, we are in such a beautiful and wonderful place with a lot of light, a lot of sunshine, a lot of quality, and that makes our weather beautiful, from season to season, so is our life. We have some better seasons than others, and it is time to face each season with a level 10 self-esteem, the best of the best, knowing that if we put all our effort into accepting the changes we will be able to face them and enjoy them in the least way.

However, let us never forget that we are God’s creation, and He has given us life and on Him we depend. God’s Word says in Romans 8:28

“And we know that to those who love God, all things work together for good, that is, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

God is specific in saying that those who believe in him will turn out all right, even when it seems that everything is wrong. God works by processes, which is a process, process is a series of actions or steps that are taken to achieve a certain end, series of actions with good or not so good results, where the idea is that each process is better than the previous one, without stopping trying even if the result is not so pleasant, processes make us strong.

In the Bible, it is said that God takes our processes and makes them His own as well. It is said that we can have confidence that he walks with us in the midst of the storm.

Isaiah 43:2

2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and if you pass through the rivers, they will not drown you. When you pass through the fire, you will not be burned, nor will the flame burn in you.

Let’s remember that we learn from mistakes. Only from what went wrong will we know how to do it better. We are not perfect and when we understand mentally and emotionally that not everything will go well, those are the days that it is okay not to be well, that will hurt, you will cry, maybe you will feel sadness and loneliness, but we will get up and we will be happy because what was done wrong will be rectified and in the next attempt everything will be done better. There are times in life where good things happen and sometimes bad things happen. But we must be sure that everything that happens will help improve our lives.

Let’s take care of our hearts and love everyone around us to the fullest, these are times where there is no room to hate oh being bad or selfish, easy? Of course, it is not easy, it is very hard, but if we want to be better and have a peaceful and successful life, the best thing is day by day to learn to cope with a good attitude that there will be times when we do not, we will feel so good and that is fine, we will solve it in the best way with a lot of love and effort,  God is with us and we will give our best, one day at a time, with much effort and dedication, with joy knowing that our effort will bear good fruit.

Remember to smile, it will brighten someone’s day.

God bless you.

If at any time you feel sad oh with no one to talk to
