It’s here, a New Year, 2026. Wow and Woah. We made it through, now…What We Gonna Do?
There’s a saying Babushka heard, “Pa’ tra, ni de impulso.” Very Cuban, Very True. At least it’s the way BB plans to greet this year. The saying means, “Going back(wards), not even for a boost.” No going backwards, Not going that way. Time for changes. Si, even at her age, BB looks forward to shaking free of past constraints, habits, ways of thinking and doing. Y why not embrace it? Change is inevitable, it’s up to us to make it good.

Bueno, Si, “running Cubantime” is in our DNA, pero it’s algo BB will be more conscious of. Keeping it Real here- Conscious, no Consistent. Pero will try.

Sugar Reduction
Carbohydrate Counting
Activity- Regular physical exercise to help manage blood glucose levels.
Regular Meal times- helps maintain stable blood sugar levels
Eat Fiber- More veggies, fruits and whole grains
Serving Sizes- Portion Control

Knowing ALL is for Betterment.
Be it obvious or in hindsight.
Gratitude for another day and the Blessings of it.
