El Amor al Prójimo

By Bohemian Babushka

HolaHolaHola Beautifuls!

Estamos en February, the month of Love, pero this is Febrero 2018 and if you recall last month Babushka foretold that this is the year of reckoning, of realizing, admitting what we needed to do in our lives.  The vibes started in 2017 and now comes the tarea. In January BB stressed self-love, to be true to oneself for happiness.  Pero as we all know “no one is an island” aunque our feeling of self should be strong, as humans, we need companionship. We also need purpose. This Beautifuls is the Love Babushka wants to compart with you, el Amor al Prójimo.

When you see someone pidiendo limones, a homeless person, do you try to help? At least a prayer or loving energy sent their way? There but for the Grace of God, because we are ALL someone’s child. Can you see them as that? Someone’s child. How would you be if you thought your child was depending on the kindness of strangers? We are ALL someone’s child, let us show love.

The causes you believe in, show them love.  Think of them, pay attention to them, partake in them. Study the whys, and the,” how can I help”, in them .  Fulfill your longing, las ganas to abrazar el mundo con tu amor. It’s not silly, it’s not wishful thinking; it can and should be done.

By going outside ourselves Beautifuls, we are in reality loving ourselves more. Take away the focus of our own problems, and we see where we can matter for someone else. BB has noticed the sadness, the emptiness of self, especially in our older generation, but pair them with a purpose, if felt needed and vital, they find love of la vida again.

This Babushka wishes for all of us this Valentine’s month, to love ourselves and all the possibilities to share that amor with the world.
