HolaHolaHola Beautifuls!  December. Diciembre 2019. Increible pero cierto, we’re at the end of the year. Babushka knows y’all are rushing with the holiday spirit, con compras, fiestas, y breakdowns. Quee?? BB not sympathize and recognize the locura of the season? JU SO FONII!! Aunque it’s a time for joy and family, the very things we look forward to can also be a major razon for stress. For that reason she wants you to stop multitasking for a segundo. Sientate, RESPIRE. A conscious, deep INHALE, from your toes to above your cabeza, HOLD it 3 seconds and EXHALE, feeling it in every cell de tu cuerpo. If you can add a stretch of fingers, arms, legs and toes that would be divino. Te prometo you will feel refreshed and recharged with this rapido relax.
Another stress releaser is BB’s version of “The 12 Days of Christmas”. Can you remember something you were happy about for each month of the year? Take 10 mins, either when you wake or right before bedtime, to go to your pics. Do just one month at a time. You’ll be smiling with feliz faces at the memorias and realize how blessed you’ve been. Pick the one that makes you the happiest and start collecting them for each mes. Si eres like Babushka, you might have a hard time just picking uno.

The above activity will help you see and hopefully focus on what your priorities are and or should be. Do more of this in 2020. Not a “Resolution” porque we know that most of those have vanished by Febrero, pero a Realization. Be more consiente of what fulfills you, makes you feliz; this should be your life in the coming year. Es más, let’s all use a new mantra-

FELICIDAD FULFILLS, FILLED BY FELICIDAD!!

And for those momentos that we’re not seeing that, que La Vida is not quite what we envisioned, remember BB’s motto for those momentos. With a sigh and a smile,

Life- JU SO FONII!!
Deseando to all , peaceful, joyful holidays and a magical New Year.
