The Okaloosa County School District is pleased to invite community partners and members of the media to a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Baker School to celebrate recent, impactful improvements to the campus. This event showcases the district’s continued investment in enhancing learning environments at existing schools and supporting the growing needs of our students and community.

The ribbon cutting will take place on Friday, February 20, 2026, at Baker School, 1369 14th Street, Baker, to mark the completion of a new 10-classroom addition and a parking lot. The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. Guests are asked to arrive by 8:45 a.m. to allow time for check-in and seating.

Those planning to attend are encouraged to RSVP to [email protected]. The district looks forward to welcoming our partners and the media to celebrate this exciting milestone for Baker School.
