CITY RIDES is borne out of the vision of Mark and Faben Soublet, owners of 1^st Class Taxi after being in the taxi industry for 6 years. We have a 4.8-star rating with 172 reviews. CITY RIDES combines the best of rideshare and taxi attributes. The app makes it easier to connect riders and drivers. Whereas the taxi side brings excellent customer service with the ability to call for those who aren’t tech savvy. You can actually talk to someone! This gives the drivers 2 ways to get fares: by app or by call!

In addition to being a rideshare driver with is, you’ll be ab le to access NAS Pensacola base and provide service direct to the military members on base! 1^st Class taxi is permitted to operate directly onto NAS Pensacola whereas other rideshare apps have to drop their customers at the gate and then they have to walk 30 minutes to their barracks. The military members have been wanting an app like this for a long time and CITY RIDES will deliver!

We’ve created an app just for the Pensacola Metro area to lower the cost for drivers and riders alike! No more high app platform fees for drivers therefore: happy drivers, happy riders.! We only charge drivers 25% vs other apps at 35-60%. Win, win!! We want our app to be inclusive for underserved communities such as the Latino, Vietnamese, and Filipino communities as well as areas such as Cantonment, Beulah, Milton, Pace, Perdido Key, Gulf Breeze, and Navarre areas. And of, course, all of Pensacola.
