Denver, CO – The Latino Leadership Institute (LLI) celebrates a decade of unlocking leadership, building community, and advancing Latino leaders and entrepreneurs across the nation. To commemorate this milestone, LLI will host a celebratory evening on Friday, September 6, 2024, at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science.
A Decade of Impact
Since 2014, Denver-based LLI has fostered a thriving national network of over 800 alumni, including 40 Latino-owned businesses, achieving impressive results:
- Promotions: 96% of alumni have received promotions
- Boardroom Presence: 73% hold board positions
- Expanded Networks: 96% have expanded their professional network through LLI
From C-suite executives and elected officials to business founders and rising stars, LLI alumni showcase the organization’s transformative power. They’re not just achieving individual success; they’re collectively ascending the leadership ranks, reshaping the U.S. leadership landscape, and driving positive change within their communities and workplaces.
Celebrating the LLI Network
Presented by Bellco Credit Union, LLI’s anniversary celebration puts the heart of the organization on center stage: its network members. The event will celebrate the power of connection as Latino leaders from diverse backgrounds come together to share experiences, forge partnerships, and build a stronger future.
Looking Forward: Building a Bridge of Opportunity
“In the next decade, we envision a landscape where Latino leadership and entrepreneurship play an even more significant role across the country, fueled by a strong sense of connection,” says Joelle Martinez, LLI President & CEO. “LLI is proud to continue serving as a catalyst for this vision, providing a platform for leaders to come together. We are not just celebrating 10 years of impact, but the lasting connections forged on this journey.”
