The new state of BEING

By Pamela Di Pascuale, Life & Wellness Coach of Entrepreneurs with Purpose

Many people consider that the path of well-being and spirituality consists of doing a job of awakening consciousness with the minimum of effort, a meditation from time to time, a little exercise and that’s it!

That doesn’t work like that, it’s not a magic formula, it’s continuous training, it’s building new habits and letting go of old patterns that limit us to think, feel and act in a different way to attract new experiences into your life.

We currently have courses, workshops on the different digital information platforms where important tools are delivered on: HOW to achieve greater self-knowledge, connection with our inner Self and healing, which I think is great; however, I frequently observe another situation where such questions arise:

What do we do with all that information or tools if we don’t integrate it into our daily lives? How much time do we dedicate to taking care of our energy? Do we really give importance to our well-being? Do you know how to raise your vibration level? How do we intend to change our life, if we always do the same?

I find many people frustrated or unmotivated for wanting quick results for everything. We want our lives to change from one day to the next without constant daily practice.

Some people believe that if they do wellness and spirituality work they will not feel negative emotions or experience “adverse situations”.

We are a continuous process and in constant transformation, so we need to create habits with a continuous and constant discipline.

To generate a real change and sustain it in our lives, we can effectively take courses, training, meditations or breathing techniques. But it is of no use to us to have the information, if we cannot integrate it and be coherent in our thoughts, emotions and actions to manifest and build a NEW STATE OF BEING.

Until the beliefs that sustain you, the thoughts with which you experience yourself and the habits with which you build yourself change, nothing around you will change.

The key is to understand that: it is a process of creating habits every day where you build a more balanced life, where you feel calmer and at peace with yourself, where you have greater self-knowledge, gentleness, love, compassion with your being. Managing to enjoy the daily journey more, your present, the here and now, than the goals.

I invite you to observe, from where are you creating your new reality? From necessity or from possibility?

If we want to achieve the life we want, that higher version, depends on having constant and daily discipline in your life. This is where the habit is formed that sustains the true high vibration, the healing, the new neural pattern and your new personality.

Your future literally depends on your ability to maintain balance and a high level of connection over time.

Let’s change our consciousness and it will change our life experience.
