How much do you know about yourself?

By Pamela Di Pascuale, Life & Wellness Coach of Entrepreneurs with Purpose

Let’s embark on a journey of self-knowledge so that you can know: Why is it difficult for me to manifest the things I want? And when you managed to manifest something, why can’t I keep it? How much do I want to change and transform in my life for this new year 2023?

To find the answers it is necessary to study the bases on which you are creating your structures. To how many of us has it happened to us that the goals we are pursuing in life do not really make us happy. Those same times it is because our desires and desires come more from outside, from objectives inherited from our family, environment or from society rather than from ourselves.

Knowing ourselves more every day helps us become aware of who we are, our values, our personality, peculiar ways of acting and behaving, those little things that make us happy, our emotions, fears and anxieties, our limits, happiness and passions. , our skills and talents, our knowledge or our connection to spirituality. All this helps us define with greater objectivity and coherence where we are going and to know if the path, we are traveling makes sense or, on the contrary, leads us away from it.

What do you think about delving into that:  who am I, what do I want and where do I want to go, that we all carry inside?

Take some time alone, so that you can enjoy the silence and solitude to concentrate – better if it is in a place full of VITAMIN N (nature) – with a notebook and a pen, ready to answer these questions:

– What are the values that define me?

– What things am I good at or do I stand out? (strengths)

– What areas for improvement are there in my personality? (weaknesses)

– What makes me happy and what makes me suffer?

– What challenges have I set and achieved in 2022?

– What challenges have I set myself for this year 2023?

– What do I fear?

– What are my virtues in relationships with others? And my areas to improve?

– Dream out loud… if you could have what you want most without limits, what would it be?

– What are my goals for the year 2023?

Let’s put a name and surname to your personality, your strengths and weaknesses, your values and your desires. I propose that you ask yourself all these questions in the different areas of your life.

Knowing yourself will help you execute plans more effectively.

Taking care of yourself, loving you and providing you with well-being are basic pillars of happiness. Merry Christmas!!
