The Concert & Health Fair is Family friendly and everyone is invited to help promote UNITY.  Over the years, the event has grown from a one-day activity to its present three days that attracts people from all walks of life, races, and denominations.  The Unity Walk weekend is a great way to network, to serve your community and to help bring people TOGETHER.

A variety of activities take place each day, a full-page ad for the event is included in this edition of Conexión.  It starts with a Job Fair on September 13th from 9am – 3pm and that day will end with a prayer around the fountain (6:30pm – 8:30pm).

On September 14th, Kingdom Covenant Connections, the event’s main organizers, along with supporting organizations, churches and volunteers all participate in a walk and fellowship.  There is also food and refreshments.

The King of Kings Unity Concert, a health-job fair, and local and state artists will be the highlights on Sunday the 15th(2pm – 6pm).  There will also be free food (while supplies last) and games Sunday.

Volunteers are integral to the success of this full weekend of activities.  For more information on the overall activity or to sign up as a sponsor, donor, or volunteer, call 251-753-6253 or go to:  www.kingdomcovenantconnections.org.

From Conexión Media Group’s President:  It is a great honor for us at Conexion Media Group to be media sponsors of this event.  As our slogan states, Uniting communities is a very important part of our mission and this is what this event is all about.  Especially in these times where such disunity appears to be prevalent in our nation and our world, events like these where people of all races, backgrounds, and religions come together are truly what will help us overcome the negativism and discord that exists.  We congratulate Kingdome Covenant Connections for doing this and we are looking forward to being there.
