Are You Leaving Money On The Table?

By Barbara Britt, Barbara Britt, LLC: 850-621-7709; [email protected]

I have made it my business to network.  One way of doing that, is by asking everyone I meet to tell me about where they work, volunteer or spend their time.  I want to know what they are really doing, and work to help them accomplish their purpose. Once they share with me what they are focusing on, I ask them, “How do they like what they are doing?”  How does their company or business encouraged them to use their strengths?  Are they empowered and valued?  Are they part of a whole team?  How do they or their organization give back to their local community, state, country or world?

Yes, I am inquisitive about what makes them tick as an individual and employee, or CEO.  I call it, building a relationship with people I meet. I love to hear about all the ways people have chosen to make a living during their life.  I am continually amazed by all the entrepreneurs I have had the great fortune to come across.  No matter where I travel, I find that the entrepreneurial spirit has no boundaries.  When people find what they love and are proud of what they are doing enables them to accomplish great feats!  So, when I have a chance encounter with someone that is passionate and loves what they do I am immediately interested in what they are doing and how I can help them succeed.

I can help you to step back and take a good look your employees and yourself.  Everyone has a web of connections throughout their community, country and beyond.  As a Leader within your organization, what are you doing to create an atmosphere of pride and belonging with your most valuable resource, your people?  How do they see their roll within the organization? Are you investing in them so they can feel safe to grow, make mistakes and continue on the path to fulfilling their potential?  Do you offer them opportunities to invest in the community?

I can help you teach your employees how to market themselves and company to anyone and you will never leave money on the table again.  I have created a program that is prove to help add value to your employees, increase employee satisfaction and increase your company’s recognition throughout your organization, industry and community.

What are you, your employees or community saying about your business?  Call me now to create the shift from small talk to networking.  Never leave money on the table again!
