PERSONAL PROFILE – Lacey Powell Clark

Lacey Powell Clark is an attorney with Powell, Powell & Powell in Crestview. She has 23 years of experience handling a wide range of legal issues. She graduated from FSU College of Law with honors in 1994, and she also has a bachelor’s degree in Criminology. The majority of her career has been devoted to civil litigation, and she also has experience in criminal law, probate, real estate, and family law. She has been honored with an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and adherence to the highest standard of professional conduct.

Mrs. Clark has been an active volunteer in the local community for many years, including mentoring students, providing free legal services to low-income seniors and homeless veterans, and volunteering with Special Forces troops. She is a member of the Crestview Rotary Club and Impact 100. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Fresh Start for Children and Families, a program that provides housing and education to homeless families.

She and her husband James have been married for 22 years and they have two children. She is a member of Crosspoint United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Clark is running for an open Circuit Judge position on August 28, 2018. The election is non-partisan and includes all of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton County.
