MAKING A DIFFERENCE – Alyssa’s Angel Wings

Alyssa is only 3 years old and is a student at Cross Point Academy. Her business is Alyssa’s Angel Wings apparel. Proceeds from her business sales go to her college fund and the rest is donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. We recently met this incredible young lady as her and her grandmother participated in our Fiesta @ the Park held on October 15th. Alyssa was there manning her own table and tending to her clients. In many ways, Alyssa’s participation made Fiesta @ The Park all worth it, because the event was created for precisely this type of activity, to provide an opportunity for good hearted people to promote their business while at the same time “doing unto others.”
With this type of commitment, we have no doubt that by the time Alyssa graduates High School, she will have made enough money to pay cash to go to Harvard AND the Harvard Business Schools!
If you want to learn more about Alyssa’s project and/or invite her to your Festival or event where she can place her stand, contact us at [email protected] and we will gladly put you in touch with her grandmother.

In this black and white photo, a pregnant person with long hair sits gracefully on a bed. Gently touching their belly, possibly pondering gestational diabetes, they wear minimal clothing and a watch. One arm rests over their chest in the softly lit room.
