Nations Festival

More than 30 students from West Florida High School participated in the 2016 Nations Festival at House of Prayer for all Nations in Pensacola. Before the Festival, the students work hard to create and coordinate games for the children. Thank you to The Home Depot stores for donating Do it Yourself Kits for children and adults to enjoy making their own toys! Students also helped in the different Hispanic country booths and even made empanadas.
It was a great experience for the students to try the great variety of Hispanic food, watch the colorful dances and play with the children. Students were able to practice the Spanish language and learned more about the Hispanic culture in Pensacola. We are looking forward to next year.
