Today it is no surprise to anyone to be instantly informed of what is happening anywhere in the world, communicating with people on the other side of the planet, watching a song video or working as a team without being in one place. Information and communication technologies have become an important part of our lives.
The development of the internet has meant that information is now on many sites. Contact between people has been expedited. You don’t need to move to close businesses in different cities around the world or to transact anywhere with a simple click everyone has modified all aspects of life.
The global scenario shows us that it is moving from an Internet focused almost entirely on consumption to an Internet of consumption and production.
In all cases, based on the production capabilities of global hardware, software and platforms, countries seek to improve their manufacturing industry through digital technologies and advanced robotics. Ultimately, the goal is the development of physical cyber production systems that leave us every day with our mouths open.
The challenge is to update commitments, identifying new challenges and priorities and paying attention to the effects of Internet ubiquity, technological convergence, high-speed networks, the digital economy, open and electronic government, and the data revolution, while neglecting the scarcity of continuing to disseminate access and use of digital technologies and closing effective cracks.
The competitiveness and growth of countries will depend to a large extent on their integration into global digital infrastructure. This transition requires developing the digital ecosystem, improving its infrastructure, human capital and business environment to promote investment, innovation and entrepreneurship.
This implies great flexibility in the times and spaces dedicated to learning and, at the same time, implies that there must be interactivity between technology and the contents of the teaching-learning process. Education and university education play a crucial role in the new economy.
Professional Management and Academic Technical Management
Professional management knowledge according to everything I have already explained to them is known as an empirical and functionalist proposal of the business organization, taking into account tools, methods and operational processes unaware of the realities that underpin it. Empirical management requires theoretical knowledge to reach levels of knowledge, hardly achieved by practice.
Scientific Management
It frames the professional circumstances of pragmatic knowledge and academic theoretical knowledge, To think scientifically is to deny age discipline today, to make way for the transdisciplinary; bone managerial capacity that orients objective behavior, subjective in a scientific and rational framework, it is difficult this issue because dissolving it in the best serious way as giving false information and that is precisely what I wanted to show them at this managerial level, talk to them a little technically because we can not give it other names, this is like the exact mathematics, then take note of each of the words , or parts to continue researching a little more closely is not too much, we know that this process requires a lot of dedication and therefore we must put that grain of sand to be able to be totally clear the management part to be able to move to the next level.
