Jan 30: More than 500 families were served through a food giveaway partnership between Destin Harvest, Feeding the Gulf Coast, United Way Emerald Coast, and the Fort Walton Beach Police Department. The project was also supported by Step One Automotive Group, Harbor Docks Seafood Market, and many volunteers from throughout the community. The families received boxes filled with meat, fresh vegetables, fruit, rice, peanut butter, bread, cereal, and other wholesome items.
